As part of our Duty of Care, it is essential that we have up to date information regarding every child’s health. At enrolment, medical information is collected and stored about each student. During the year if any medical information changes, parents must notify the school and additional forms may be required. At the commencement of each new school year, new medical forms are issued to families so all information can be updated.
